These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PilotAlpha application and related services ("Service"), operated by Mathonyx GmbH ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
PilotAlpha is an AI-powered trading analysis and portfolio management tool. The Service uses artificial intelligence to analyse market data, generate trading decisions, and manage virtual or connected portfolios based on the goals you set.
PilotAlpha is currently operating in virtual portfolio mode. The AI analyses markets and generates decisions, but does not execute real trades. You receive reports showing what would have been traded.
You must be at least 18 years old to use PilotAlpha. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings, which will permanently remove your personal data and trading history.
PilotAlpha does not provide investment advice, financial advice, or portfolio management services in the sense of the German Investment Services Act (WpHG) or MiFID II. The AI-generated trading decisions are algorithmic outputs, not personal recommendations. You are solely responsible for any investment decisions you make.
Trading in financial instruments involves significant risk, including the possibility of losing your entire investment. Markets are volatile and unpredictable. Past performance, including AI-generated performance, does not guarantee future results. You should only use capital you can afford to lose.
The Service uses third-party AI technology to generate trading decisions. While we strive for accuracy, AI decisions may be incorrect, delayed, or based on incomplete information. We do not guarantee the profitability or accuracy of any AI-generated decision.

The PilotAlpha name, logo, and all related intellectual property are owned by Mathonyx GmbH. You may not use our trademarks without prior written consent. The AI-generated reports and decisions delivered to you may be used for your personal purposes.
We aim to provide continuous Service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. Trading cycles depend on market hours and data availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mathonyx GmbH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to financial losses from trading decisions. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may delete your account at any time from within the app (Settings > Danger Zone > Delete Account). Deletion is permanent and removes all personal data, trading goals, cycle history, and trade records. This action cannot be undone.
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes are published constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The courts of Aurich, Germany, shall have exclusive jurisdiction for any disputes arising from these Terms.
